this last few weeks my beema key just spins when trying to start her up after a bit of twiddling it catches and starts, is this a key problem or do i need a new barrel ??? any tips please

Mine does it rarely.... no clue why, when it does happen it just spins once.

Keep in mind the post is from 1999.

There may be a cheaper fix.

I haven't really looked into it as mine is still fine. Try Pelican Parts. My 318 had the same problem... I would wiggle it.
