Occasionally when I go to start my car (95 318i), I put the key in, engage the clutch and when I turn the key sometimes it will turn completely around one full time then it turns like normal! Any ideas about this? Iv'e never had nor heard of this happening before.
There have been a few members post here with that problem. The consenus was the key cylinder is getting ready to go. You're probably looking at replacing it.
