my trunk carpet needs replacing bad. I left a bottle of wax in the trunk and it over-heated and burst.

I think my rotors look a little bit worse than that...damnit...more money I have to spend

to keep my baby rollin, or stopping, its worth it...just did the pads too, but the actuall braking surface looks good.

also being under my car all day, I noticed a lot of warping and cracking in my suspension bushings...damnit...

I posted something about replacing rotors earlier too and was wondering if anybody has a step by step website/FAQ or procedure for it. Pics would be aweseome too.

eskiasu,

Do a search in this website, there is a link to a DIY for rear rotors. The front procedure is the same.

Maybe someone has that link? I can't seem to find it again...

check the faq forum i posted one for brake replacements,, usually its change rotors every second time you change your pads. you can get away with every 3rd time if you are easy on the brakes and manual, because automatics rely solely on the brakes to stop the car its harder on them

here is the link to the FAQ

http://www.bmw-forums.com/forum/topic10972.html
