I Want To Install E36 Footwell Lights! Need Diy..

I've seen these websites for installation on a Z3 and a 7 series...but can't find none for an E36 as yet...

Also does anyone know if you can fix a switch to the lights and have them come on automatically with the overhead lights when the door opens ?

Mine come one when I open the door... and dim when I put the key in.. I didnt touch the things....

What are you asking to do?

i don't have any, must be an newer e36 thing.

if u know ur wiring u can splice the overhead light and have them come on with those, very easily

I'm asking to install so they are oth auto and manual them cause my 1995 E36 do not have footwell lights. But I want to install them with a switch on the dash that manually turns them on anf off. Can that be done?
