Unhappy I need Help TODAY, i cannot pass Emissions Test

Ok Guys, I really hope someone can help me. I own a 2000 BMW 328I and I sold it like a week ago, and bought a 2006 330I (which I love) here is my problem. The guy I sold the Car to cannot pass the emissions test which is weird because about a year and half I passed it no problem and I havnít had any problems since. He either wants to give the car back or I have to pass emissions test for him. Obviously I donít have the money to take the car back and I need to pass these emissions for him. Here is the problem.

Under test Results itís has these errors.

OVERALL OBD RESULT: FAIL - REDINESS RESULT: PASS - FAULT CODE RESULT: ¨FAIL

So I have fault codes of
P1250?
P1189?
P0303? This one is a misfire and I will purchase a new coil/spark plug
P1622?
P1397?

Anyone have any suggestions at all? Let me know, I will be checking this forum every 15 to 20 mins, or you can also email me at serge.polishchuk@gmail.com Thanks so Much!

P1250 - (unknown for BMW application)

P1189 - Fuel Control(Bank2 Sensor1)

P0303 - #3 cylinder misfire

P1622 - Map Cooling Thermostat Electrical Circuit

P1397 - Camshaft Position Sensor "B" Circuit

*check all your fuses first before u start changing parts.

fix the last 2 first.... and hopefully it will cure the first 3.
