whatsup~ guys..

I need help to make decisions..
I own 97 5-speeds 318is.
I am thinking about three things, Give me some advice

1. swap the engine to 328 or M3
2. get the turbo kit or supercharger
3. sell my car first, then buy either 325 or 328 again

What would be the best way to get some power?

If you've got a 325 or a 328 that you've got access to buy if you had money, I say sell the 318 and go for that. Engine swap to M3 would probably cost more than the different car.

My $0.02

Kevin

$$

the problem with force induction is you wont be getting the amount of HP that most force unduced cars get. i.e. liek 23o hp versus 300 hp.

the problem with the swap so s50 is that the s50 weighs much more, so such a swap would reqire major mods to other issues such as the suspension, unless u want an s50 318iSUV (if u get my drift)

consider budget, kilometers, and avaliblity of said methods.

budget being that you may could spend 2000 or 10000 to get more power,

kilometers can dictate if you should or shouldnt force your car.

avalibility is if you can find, say an s50 or s52 engine to begin with.
