i need help with my bimmer

i just bought a 1995 318ti. it needs new breaks and rotors, and a little rust on the back right panel...how much would breaks cost and where can i find a panel for cheap

brakes differ, it depends on if you want to do a big brake upgrade, or if you just want to replace rotors...

as far as a panel goes it may not be removable.
