Im going to get rims for my car for x-mas, but im not sure what size i should get. I know i want 18's.
How wide should i go?(I want the same width in the front and the back)
What size tire do i get? (225/40/18) or (235/40/18) or (245/40/18)
I really want black rims, but i dont know where to get them at. I need to be able to order them off of the internet. I also want them to be affordable (may between $1100-$1300 W/tires).

So if any one can help me i would appriciate it.

what color is your car? Tire sizes will depend on how wide the rims are...if you are getting 8inch wide rims, then a size 225 tire will be fine for you. 8 and a half or 9 inch wide rims, which could be rough in fitment, would require the bigger size tires...

Check out Tirerack.com and Wheelexchange.com...these places have great deals and good shipping deals as well...

My car is black. So i think that black rims would look good and be different. All recomendations on wheel size and width will be greatly appricated. Im also need to know my lug pattern (im new to the car world...i have had lifted trucks/prerunners, so i dont know much about cars, just how the motor works), but i do love my BMW.

All check the site tommarrow.
Thanks
