Only get Bilstien struts. The springs... think about the roads in your neighborhood. Our cars don't take getting lowered very well. Also since you have a Pre 95' you are more likely to damage your rear subframe and rear shock towers when you fully upgrade your suspension.
You need more money or just replace the shocks.
If you replace springs/shocks, also get your rear subframe reinforced and get either E46 rear shock mounts or E36 convertible rear shock mounts.
Im not gonna go cheap on this. Ima probably get Bilstein PSS. And H&R springs seam to be the top suggestion. The kid I got the car from had Koni yellows and Eibach springs. The Eibachs have like a 3inch drop. Ridiculously low. My rear tires are completely tucked. It looks good but I dont want to keep hurting my car. Im gonna go for a minimal drop. The car looks good anyway. As for work i've already done:
Upgraded front control arms and Tie rods.
New bushings and ball joints.
Camber kit and strut tower brace.
Adjustable camber rear control arms.
Rear strut tower brace.
Cusco F+R sway bars.
X Brace up front.
What else should be replaced when I change the shocks and springs?
They really are not any stiffer, they don't really drop enough for any real difference even cosmetically.
Well, I don't know......you were saying that he should not go that low...
I went with the H&R Sport Springs with a average drop of 1.5-2.0 inches.
I have not one complaint, the car sits nice....the ride is tight, but not real harsh.

Go with the Bilstien Sports & the H&R Sport Springs, not the OE ones ,
this is the exact set up, I have on my car.....you won't be disappointed.
The only other thing better are coilovers......a bit more extreme, & double the price....
Also, im spending the money on shocks should I get rear shock mounts?
Yes, if you are going to rip everything out it never hurts to replace some of the older possible worn parts that are still there. Makes it a lot easier then having to replace the shock mounts in a few years after everything was already done.
