Question I Need This Answered Right Away!

so im leaving to go back to school tommorrow... and there is soomething that is not quite right with my car... when the climate contorl is on (i.e. heater/ AC) the revs move around and sounds like im touching the gas just a little....

is this a vacum hose. it did this once and thats what is was...
