Hey guys, I think am getting angel eyes Very Happy , now I can start the long and tidious "shopping" around process. And my times spent on forums, it appears that ZKW's with DDE are THE BEST (correct me if I am wrong). So far, this is what I have found:

ZKW with DDE

Was wondering if any of ya who have bought angel eyeys before could give me some pointers...

For Example, is their a big diff. between regular xenon and DDE??

There are a bunch of brands out there and from what I have found most say ZKW are the best. It depends ont he money you want to spend. I have never seen them in person but am curious about DEPO brand.

Also DDE is Daylight Demon Eyes or Angel Eyes. You ask if there is a big difference between xenon and DDE yes they are completely different things. Although most get them together you don't have to.

Look around and realize that you are not getting Xenon for that price just the ellipsoid headlights and angel eyes(DDE).

Look at www.umnitza.com they have a bunch of options including Bosch which I believe are the true OEM brand for the lights.

OK, I read that in detail those are agnel eyes with better lights, they give 3 times as much light but they aren't xenon...

Either way check out the other brands and sites. Like I said Umnitza was cheaper for the same thing. Also check out jlevisw.com (our sponsor here) he has some options too. I personally want to see the DEPO lights in person so I can compare them to ZKW or Bosch.

i got depos and i love them.. and i've compared to zkw's and there isn't that much of a difference.. and for 700 bucks.. its not worth it...

go to umnitza and pick up depos for 220 bucks.. then go on ebay, and they some ccfl rings.. for 100 bucks.. they u have angel eyes.. for less then half the price...

compared to stock headlights... its the biggest, most drastic change ever!

i am getting the zkw umnitza ones alread oredered them and u have to buy the h1 xenon bulbs they automaticlly charge u for them , also if u buy fog light sfrom them the fogs are 60 bucks then u automaticclyye have to spend like 200 in bulbs it is weird it is under accesories

This answers almost every question.

Buhh99, H1 is the bulb fitment and type not necessarily a xenon bulb. I could be wrong but check into that. Alot of people throw the term xenon around quite a bit, but a true xenon/HID package is going to run you another $300 on top of the $600 or so you are already spending for the ellipsoid and angel eyes.

Rooz whatever you buy I would get it all at once(not part here, part from ebay), they should already have the angel eyes installed for you from umnitza and save you the trouble. Plus it is only another $109 for angel eyes at Unmitza. It looks like they are selling 2 different ones, a OEM looking ones(thicker eye) and a "predator thin line"(thinner of course). Both look good but I am guessing that is why it looks so cluttered on their site.

Yeah, that sucks bcs I am not going to use thier bulbs bcs I buy mine from someone else, reasons is bcs he's are better than sylverstar + they have the same exact color as xenon lights...

Yeah, am going for ZKW's

And as far as wich DDE ( + or enhanced)

I am guessing, this is the "enhanced" the OEM looking one

And that this one is the "+" the Predetaor ones

If I am correct, going by those two pics, I prefer the "smoother" look fo the Predator ones
