I have two audio questions

Alright so i bought a new alpine deck and got it put into my car. The stereo will turn on and go to all of the menus but there is no sound coming out of the speakers. The second problem is that I put the stereo in a little sideways and it won't come out. Any advice would be appreciated...

Correction, I do have sound through the radio but not when i put it through the usb/ipod port. And unfortunately it is still stuck....when i say a little side ways I mean one side is pushed in a little farther the other.

The cables are restricting at the rear and maybe twisting the sockets....

I got it figured out I just had to put the blue w/ white stripe (remote) wire in with the solid blue wire.
