Since it's started getting colder, my car has decided that it doesn't want to blow air until after the car has been driven for 5 or 10 minutes. The colder it is, the longer it takes for it to decided to blow air.
In may, I changed the blower resistor and cabin filter. I was thinking it's the computer, and have thought about trying the DIY fix for the computer.
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
