how to permanently remove the heater core

Hi Guys once's again, Does anyone know's how i can permanently remove the part responsible for heater in my car? its a 1996 318i M43.

I just need the aircon not the heater? Im currently working in middle east and
the normal we get is 40 deg and sometimes we reach 47 and burning.

Because when I switch on the ac it gives off a little heat then it starts to cool the whole room of the car.

But the heater is working even if Im not using it, even if I close all the vent for the heater,?
