How Much Oil Does an E36 2.5l take?

I just got my car and i was wondering what the oil capacity was for my car it is a e36 325i with the 2.5l I6?
I heard it was 6.5 quarts but i wanted to be sure

It is actually 6.5 liters or 6.9 quarts........
