How Hard is it?

How hard would it be to change a manual A/C /Heater unit to a Automatic Unit(96-on). I have a 95' 325I. Thanks!!!

It's actually more involved than I would be willing to tackle. The wiring is different, so you can't use the existing factory harnesses. Also, the digital units have a tendency to crap out eventually, so you're probably better off with the one you have.

I think I may have the electrical diagrams somewhere. I'll post them if I find them...
