How To Get Out The Dash Cluster

I have abulb out buy the temp guage and is getting annoying. i dont see any way to get that frigging dash out either. ive done enough too working at a bodyshop.

Two screws in the top of the counsol. Work the cluster out sideways and disconnect the 3 wires. Then face the counsol flat on the clear face (towards steering column) and work the cluster down around the left side of the steering wheel.

It's hard to explain but that's the easiest way I found.
