i thought i did 110 in third the other day but that can't be right

I do about 110 in 3rd.. more like 108 but I also have a lsd

for my '96 318i...

1st - about 25-30 mph
2nd - about 50 - 55 mph
3rd - about 75 - 80 mph
4th and 5th I honestly don't know, havent' tried

Those aren't bad for a 4 cyl engine...

3rd gear with a 7k redline should be just before 100. (with 3.15)

With a 2.93 open it's about 108
