I have a '94 318is, and I know my back seats fold down but where is the latch? I don't want to force anything...

there should be a button right on the top of the seat where a head rest would be, unless it's different than a 94 325...

I dont' know about a 94, but i am guessing its all the same. There is a release button in the trunk of the car. Should be easy to find. There is one on either side.

I think I saw someone say that not all the seats are fold down. Maybe El Presidente?

It might be an option you don't have?

I'm pretty sure you can. I haven't seen an e36 that didn't have fold down backseats, I'm sure they exist though. But yeah, mines a 95 and they fold down so your should since its a 96

On my 1995 325i fold down seats were an option. There are buttons on top of each seat. Simply push down on the button and pull the seat forward. It should be simple to do.

I have a 94 325i. When I got my car, the seats were already folded down. Do you think I can fold mine back up? How would I do that?
