If that is what I think it is, then its an aluminum cylinder with fins on it that you place inside your intake tube between the filter and the throttle body. Supposedly it acts like a turbo charger by spinning the air very fast and getting more into the engine quicker. I have never or do I know of anyone that has used one, but I have seen the commercial. Now theoretically, it should work, but whether or not it does work is a different story. Might just be another one of those made for TV scams.
