I just had to fix my window regulator on my 325is.
There are 2 screws (torx screws) behind the door handle that have to be removed, they are covered by a couple of plugs.
then take a screwdriver and pry the clips off, you're going to break them no matter how careful u are. I bought new ones at the dealer....25 cents each or something...
u don't have to take off the speaker and mirror wires, unless u want to
then their is a vapor barrier still to remove....just peel that back, it will stick back on when your finished.
and then u have full access to the regulator
