I'm not to sure about the code.. but when it comes to fuel and air metering... that is basically your fuel pressure regulator... and your fuel injectors... then your intake system...
Do a few things... check your ICV valve.. that might have something to do with it... if you have the tools... I'd take your fuel injectors out.. and see how bad they look.... I'd do all this stuff before I'd take it to a shop to try and figure out whats wrong.
