dear all ;
does anyone ever take a look at your engine's pulley and tensioner pulley ? i wonder why they run with a roughly spin !!!
newbie from asia
e36 325ia
Could be a bad bearing in the pulley or pulleys. Usually the pulley goes out then your belt goes bad then after that your belt goes, your car overheats and you're totally screwed. 1 bad pulley can start a chain reaction of events. Get it checked. Pulleys on e34's e36's e46's and e38's usually last around 75k-100k miles on the average (ballpark figure).

i have just changed an idle pulley, a/c tensioner and main tensioner pulley
and also my 2 belts. so, i think the problem is only my roughly spinning
of the crankshalf pulley.
but i have no idea why it occurs or how to make it smooth ??
anyone know ?
