they give zero information about the heads. It would be nice to see intake/exhaust flow numbers compaired to stock. Info on valves would be great too. At $3500, I want to see some proof that this head is gonna produce some serious HP & Ft-LB's.
Bekkers is supposed to be a known and reputable parts company for Bimmers, so I'm sure its good. But what kind of gains are you expecting from this head? I agree, NA is the way to go if you want your engine to last the longest. Not saying FI would ruin anything if done right and not abused, but those are more parts that are likely to wear and break down...FI usually has a lot cooler of a pssssssh sound to it though ...
You might want to think about boring out your block, getting some bigger cylinders and raising the compression ratio some-that would be some good HP. No replacement for displacement. You can bore out a 2.8L block to 2.9 or even 3.0 in some cases. Definitely start looking for some good cams and goodies like that. M3 cams are supposed to be a direct fit for a 328. Schrick cams are reputable as well, but no matter what, its gonna be some money coming out of your pocket.

No kidding, my bro's putting a T70 in his '97 nissan maxima SE. It's gonna be sweet...He may "boost" his 1/4 mile time, but he still can't place in an autocross, even with aftermarket suspension. :
