Exclamation Is this HID conversion set legit?

I want a somewhat inexpensive way to convert from my crappy plastic housing and halogen bulbs to euro housing with angel eyes and HID bulbs.

I understand if you pay high your quality is high, but I really do not want to pay more than 400. I feel like anything is better than my stock. Anyway I found this online and was wondering if this was SOMEWHAT legit.

Here is a link, its a kit that includes euro housing, angel eye kit, and HID bulbs, all for both the driver and passenger lights.

DEPO BMW E36 EURO ELLIPSOID HEADLIGHTS+CCFL ANGEL+XENON:eBay Motors (item 120430251868 end time Jun-14-09 11:58:20 PDT)

Thank you for your input and help!

I don't think so. Looks way too misleading.

Depo is a good company to buy your head lights but this CCFL halos are not that bright one of my friends has it and they suck, you can get a good HID kit through ebay for no more than 75 bucks and thats including balast and bulbs and life time warranty for the bulbs, i have the Depo head lights but with the LED and i put a 10000k HID kit and look really good keep on searching theres better things that those heald lights thats my opinion

DDMTuning.com ... you can buy the whole setup, angel eyes, HIDs and glass headlights for ... a lot less; and they're a reputable seller.
