hey plz read need help

hey gyus i gotta bmw 98' 323is
a while back i used to have idel problems most likely idle control valve and the car used to push like crazy
well i gave it to a mechanic that im no longer with and he did something with out replacing the idle control valve long story short
the car is sloww! when i rev it wont go over 3,500 rpms even in fifth gear it wont go over and when i try n drop the clutch or jus take off it take forever jus to even get it to 2 thousand rpms so any advice its drivng me crazy

is there anyway to could check your bill to see wht was done?

Check, in this order:
-MAF
-Coolant temp sensor
-Plugs/coils

Has your fuel pump been making funny noises? possibily fuel pump regulator. Almost always the last place you messed with, caused the new problem.
