Hey Guys I Need Help!

hey guys i just took my car in for inspection II (-$780 ) anyways they recommended i get these replaced:
-Flush Due
-Drive Belt Cracked
-Front Control Arm Bushings Flex Disc Cracked

are these serious? cause they're like 180, 350, 400+
and im all out cause of this insII....
is it ok to drive my car or are these serious problems?? and what do these do exactly?

You'll want them done, but no imediate rush rush, except the belt. Get that done ASAP.

I look at it this way.... its always better to replace something that will totally keep your car from running period... or moving for that matter... a belt would do that.. so get that sucker done.. the flush... that is a time interval thing.. it can wait a week or half a month... as for the bushing.. that is the same.. it will keep degenerating over time.. so that needs to get changed also... but neither are as important as the belt...
