I don't know if this is how my car should be, but it seems like right when I start off from a stop, the car doesn't have much power until about a second after I press the accelerator. If this is a problem I'd like to know what and how I can fix it. Thanks

could also be because , when the car is first started and not warmed up properly, in warmer weather (like late spring and early summer) the car hesitates a bit because of various factors, lesson been is that even in hot temps, you still need to take it easy on your car when first starting it after a long sitting period.
