Help is it worth fixing.

Is it worth fixing a 1992 BMW 318i. Here is what it needs:

New Transmission
New Clutch
New Muffler

and can anyone make an estimate about how much it would cost to
fix it.

Trans and clutch usually take about $2K depenmding on whether you do it or you pay someone to do it.

Muffler is cheap enough...just go snag an aftermarket quiet one, don't put some crappy fart can on it.

Is it yours or are you looking to buy it?
