Help with tinking sound.

Stoich n00b Join Date: Aug 2004 Car: Posts: 2 Photos:	In my 1992 325i when I'm driving slowly in a parking lot or out of my garage I hear a metal "tinking" coming from my front left wheel. It has something to do with the rotation of the wheel, but at moderate to faster speeds the sound goes away. Any ideas what this might be?

nycbmw325is 1st Gear Member Join Date: May 2004 Car: Posts: 205 Photos:	It is likely a slightly warped rotor, in conjunction with a missing or broken anti rattle spring in ther brake caliper. Of course I am only going by your written description of what "tinking" sounds like LOL. but check the caliper and pads for proper function...
