Help Real Quick!!! Looking For...diy Links!

I need to do two things or rather I want to do them myself and save money.


1) Paint over grey front end bumper to match my car color


2) Then Install my new DEPO foglights onto my bumper and wire them up to the car also install fog light switch to dash.


I already have all the tools (except for painting device (what do I need?)).

Is there a DIY link anywhere

thanks still searching......did you use a paint gun on the bumper? also did you sand and clear coat it? (i mean its plastic not metal but...)
