Help on re-installing E36 Ellipsoid Headlights

Hello, had them for about a month, do you know anyone in San Jose california that can help me adjust them...I tighten one too much and it fell of the groove. Please help.

sorry for taking so long to reply. I was waiting for my camera to arrive, here is my car, my cousin gave me his tail from his 97 M3 and I was going for the panda look..haha...thanks
