Sup guys, as some of u know i got my 325is after my unfortune crash with the 325i. its a 5 speed and im tryin 2 change the gear shifter but when i pulled it off some black plastic piece is preventing me to add the other shifter...anyone know wat i can do?

Also!

I want to change the door locks, and i need to change the speakers, can someone tell me which thread was the one that should pics of step by step to change the speakers?

change which speakers? I've got a write up in the sig for the kicks+rears, but not the doors. If you are doing the doors I can post another link for that.
