| Worst case scenario:window motors need replaced. $70.00 from a good recycler or e-Bay, $175.00 new from a good independent parts guy, who knows how much at the stealer. DIY is just removing the inner door panel, drill out the rivets that hold the regulator and motor in the door, replace the motor and bolt the whole shebang back in the door. Then you must "set the motor". You have to tell the motor where "all the way up" is. To do this you run the window all the way down, then with the door shut, run it all the way up then continue to hold the switch in the up position for 5 seconds. It would be worth it to see if this procedure solves the problem before replacing the motors. Sometimes the motors forget and have to be reminded, and this costs you nothing.
As for seats, no clue. Sorry. |
