Help! My driver's seat is stuck in full recline!

My driver's seat is stuck in the totally reclined position. Its electric and it will not move. The seat moves forward/aft and up/down, (the front switch works completely) but the back switch does nothing. I don't know if it is the motor or the switch.

THE BIG THING is I can't drive it like this. Is there anyway to get the seat back up until I can get the motor or the switch fixed?

The seat motor has a little gear in it that sometimes breaks. It's fixable. Here's the part:
