| The bulb on the passenger side is blinking/flashing (and underpower compare to the driver side) when I turn the light switch on. After it blinks for 3 seconds, it turns off.
I removed the bulb and installed it on the driver side. It works perfectly, so I can rule out the bulb.
What could cause the HID unit to not operate properly?
