| Help ews problem
Hello I just swaped out my damaged 1995 DME with a great working 1993 DME (same part numbers). The only problem is that the EWS from the 1995 was programed to the damaged DME. Now the car wouldn't start. The mechanic told me that I had to get the EWS that came out of the 1993 so it would start.He jumped the wire on the 1995 EWS and the car started right up and ran GREAT THANK GOD!!! He told me the 1993 EWS should be right behind the glove box just like the 1995 car. I took the glove box apart and a few electronic boxes but there was no EWS. Can anyone tell me where the EWS is located on the 1993 325i sedan??? |
