Help With Contol Module

Im installing a new chip for the keyless entry this morning. I pulled out the

glove compartment as directed, but am confused as to which box behind the g.c.

is the control module to put the new chip into. I was told that it should

say "Alpine"

on it, and also have a FCC number. THe only box that comes out is about the

size of an 8 track but doesnt have any of those markings. Anyone know what I

should be looking for? Also if this is the correct box how do I open it? Thanks!

That box the size of an 8-Track sounds like the Alarm control unit...if thats what you are looking for, I believe you found it....

It's attached to a green harness connector if I remember right, and should be on top of the lower panel under the glove box.

Come on guys.....doesnt anyone know where the anti-theft control module is?? I know its behind the glove box, but where??
