Help brake pad light

My brake pad light came on then goes off sometimes. I have checked my pads and they still have life left on them what could it be? Also where can I get pads for my car with sensors in England apart from BMW?

You may wanna have a look at the wear sensors and their connections.

It could also be your ABS system acting up or a problem with your wheel speed sensors. Also different size wheels/tires (mismatched) can cause the problem.
