Help, 94 325is

hello, i am very new to bmw's, as i am a big volvo guy. I have found a 94 325is with 202,000 miles on it. It was traded in for a brand new m3. Its in pretty good condition over all. Nautraly the seats have some rips on part where you place your back but everything else in the interior is fine. its had some paint work up one side, but it does have 202,000 miles so not that big of a deal. it runs great, slides into ever gear fine tho the gear selector rails feel worn. At idle theres a bit of a rattle. Could be the timing chain? Cam? some kind of bearing? Anyway, what im really asking is what would something like this be worth. Keep in mind im buying this from a reputable bmw dealership so i doubt there going to give it away, thanks, Mike.

You're always going to pay close to or above Blue Book Value when buying from any dealership in person... especially a BMW dealership. I would look it up on K.B.B. and then try to bargain with the dealership if you really want the car. If you think they want too much and still want an e36 then try eBay. I've found older e36's like that go for $2000 to $4000 and being a 325 with 200,000+ miles something like that would go for closer to $2000 if not less on eBay.. A lot of times even from dealerships. I got my 97 318i out of a dealership in Texas from eBay.

It's a BMW... that alone should hint at how many miles are left on it... a million, two million...haha.. Plus it's at a dealership. I'm sure they've gone through and checked everything.
