hello and help

i have a bmw 316 and it takes a long time for the revs to drop does anyone have any ideas wot cud be causing this problem?

clean idle controll valve

on the bottom of the rubber hose just behind the intake manifold where the air is going in there is a idle controll valve, have it cleaned , sometimes the dust make it sticky
