beaner10 is on a distinguished road
heater vent issue

i have a 98 328i. the heater is working fine. it blows hot air. the defrost works.
but when using the floor setting no air is coming out.
what could be causing this? i can still hear it running but no air or very little air is coming out?

You may be able to narrow it down with a diagram realoem.com
