heater problems 316i

smooth84 n00b Join Date: Nov 2007 Car: Posts: 2 Photos:	heater problems 316i Has anyone got any ideas why when i was stationary in my car with it running and the engine hot,the heaters were blowing cold but as soon as i drove off they were blowing hot???? hyper_cool Neutral Member Join Date: Jul 2007 Car: Posts: 80 Photos:	I think that could be......your thermostat. What happens with your temperature gauge though when idle or running? I would recommend replacing your thermostat since I had almost the same issue as you have now. I just replaced my thermostat which fixed the problem
