The blower on my 316i 1998 E36 blows high occasionally when not set in auto. There is nothing I can do to stop it apart from wait until it decides to behave again. Other forums have lead me to think it may be the blower resistor. Anybody agree/disagree? Does anybody know how easy it is to replace? I've taken the glovebox off to have a look but I don't know what I'm looking for or exactly where it is located. Do you have to remove some of the air ducting? If anybody has replaced it already, I would really appreciate some guidance. Thanks.
