I need to replace the heater/AC fan resistor. I picked up a new one at the dealer.
After taking the glove box out and looking in that area, where it's suppose to be I can't see the old one to replace.

Does anybody know the exact location of the resistor for a 1996 318i?

Thanks in advance

I'm looking in my manual for installing an air conditioning, but I do not understand what you mean. Is it a little resistor for in an electrical circuit or what else it is? I have a removed heater/airco unit here, but I couldn't find the location yet.

When I know which part you mean, I make a pic of the unit. Please post a pic of that part you have for replacement!
