Heated Seat Driver

hi guys.
my 1994 325i's heated seat is not working. when i press the button for heat up the seat the button works and lights up fine but seat dont get any heat seat dont get hot at all. so i was wondoring if any body can help me on that one. is there any fues for that? or some thing i can do easely

There is a fuse and relay. I don't think it's the fuse because the switch lights up. There's not much to the system:
Fuse, relay and the heating elements in the seat back and bottom. Look at the fuse anyway, possible the relay. If another component uses the same relay, just swap them out and see if the element heats up. There are also the electrical connections under the seat, check those as well.

Check the manual, and it will tell you where the fuse is.

In the mean time use hand warmer packets.

those heating pads (the elements) are notorious for breaking. Both of the backs work for me but no butt warmer. They are pretty costly to replace, around $120 each I think and even more if you have someone else do it. I'll probably do mine when the backs go out.
