Heat?

Past month here in Texas its been very MAD hot i'm talking 100+ temperature. I have tinted windows and keep a sunblocker up on the front windsheild. I'm wondering does the tinted windows add to the heat? Because my passenger side panel fell off, my leather piece, on the bottom, of my glovebox and now the plastic thing around the door handle fell off. So i used super glue and rubber cement to glue everything back. Looks like my interior is going to fall apart because of the heat :{ Any solutions?

I've read that tint helps, but not a lot. In that kind of weather, I don't think there is much you can do...

yeah, the tint should help if anything since not as much direct sunlight can get in. My car without tinted windows feels like I'm in an oven even when I get in it since the windows aren't tinted. I wouldn't expect it to help drastically but any help is good.

I'd say just try to park under trees and such. Also if you have a sunroof, put it in the cracked up mode that releases a good amount of the heat. Beyond that though, there isn't much...
