Headlights

Hey,
Been a while since i was last here but last time i was here i got some pretty good help.. So now I have another problem with headlights...
Alrite my day time running lights are both fine.. The inner highbeam lights one is dim when day time running lights are on and one doesnt go on.. confusing me because not to long ago it was at the dealership getting all the wiring fixed and it was all fine now the one decided to go off again and i know its not the bulb but what else could it be?

Undernead the dash board on the drivers side, us spec.
there is a blue relay this controls the high beams.
on cars with Dayligh running lights, this blue relay is replaced with a bigger looking relay that send 5 volts alternating current to the high beams, so they look dim and act as DRL.
what you seem to be having is a failing DRL relay. they go fro some 80
there's been a post about this issue, just do a search either here, or google.

I would start with checking the wiring if that is what is most recently fixed...better yet, if you paid to have it fixed bring it back there and make them fix it....I would think there is some wire exposed causing a drain of power to one of the lights making it dim...assuming the bulb is good...just a guess on this one...
