What size bulbs do I need to replace the hi and low beams plus the fogs lights on a 97 328iS?

E36 should be 9006 low beam, 9005 high beam...I think e46 is h7?

I've been looking around and some H1, 9005 and 9006 have dual beams (Hi & Lo). Will these still work even though I only need a single beam

I prefer something more pure white... or even SLIGHTLY blue...

Actually that's just a shitty camera. They're actually very white. At 4000k they're 1000k off the average HID. But, if you want more blue tint, go with cool blues. They're ok, but I love the way these light up the road.

If I'm not too lazy I'll put a normal bulb in there and show the difference. Also, the fogs are just the stock bulbs that i plan to replace as soon as they burn out.

Our fogs are pretty bright stock, I was suprised!

Bulb choice is so difficult over the computer... I think I really need to see some local guys that have different bulbs at night in person to be able to decide...

I just bought some silverstars, hope it was worth the $40 bucks! I've installed 1 side so when come nightfall, i wanna see the difference between the stock ones. 5:20pm now o' come night fall hurry!!!! get's dark at about 8pm here.

Are the cool blues cheesy??? is it too bluish?

They look ok, but the Silverstars are brighter and look better on a BMW IMO.
