| None of those mods will give you low end torque. If you slap in some cams you'll have to get a lower duration cam which just pushes your peak power from higher RPM's to lower, don't know why you would want to do that. When you modify a car without forced induction, you increase flow in the high end but you lose low end torque. If torque is what you're after, get a supercharger.
If you REALLY need to have low end torque, buy an exhaust system with lots of back pressure, get a thinner diameter exhaust manifold then get a low duration cam. You'll be pulling like a single cam V8 Jeep. Unfortunately, cvics will fly by you on the highway.
Your aim should be to increase high end HP, not low end torque. Unless you always drive under 3000RPM's, you should reconsider what you're doing. Remember that you must sacrafice lots of HP just to gain small amounts of torque.
